Our Bird Friendly® Coffee series is back with a second coffee from the La Pradera farm. This series showcases organic, shade-grown coffees that support bird conservation by protecting the habitat for migratory birds, including some species like the Blackburnian Warbler that make the journey from Colombian coffee fields up to New York’s Central Park.
Oscar Daza runs one of the few certified farms in Colombia that guarantees organic agricultural practices benefiting both birds and the planet, without sacrificing cup quality. This washed coffee from La Pradera is bright and fruity, with notes of red cherry and green grape, and exceptionally sweet with notes of panela (unrefined cane sugar).
