The freshest Cup in Flatiron

You've been drinking months-old coffee, but Devoción is changing that. We source our beans directly from our network of independent coffee producers throughout Colombia, dry-mill them at our facility in Bogotá, and quickly send them to our roaster in New York vía FedEx. A few days later, the beans arrive in Brooklyn, to be freshly roasted and served as quickly as possible. We are the only company in the world that roasts true farm-fresh coffee only 10 days after leaving origin, lightyears quicker than the industry norm of 6-12 months. 

A unique Space

Located in New York’s popular Flatiron neighborhood (between Park & Broadway), the café emulates the style of the other shops, all the while having a unique look and feel inspired by the location and history of the space.  We fully restored the landmarked building, once an artist’s studio, and brought it back to life featuring original exposed brick, wooden floors, lots of natural light courtesy of a large skylight over the coffee bar and living greenery connecting the cafe to the jungles of Colombia. For the third variation of a living plant display, the focal point of the coffee shop is a living masterpiece in the form of a working chandelier.  The authenticity of the space is further reflected in restored distressed stucco walls.
